Responsibilities

- Build evaluation-backed AI features for research and qualification workflows
- Design review paths for uncertain outputs and preserve the evidence behind decisions
- Partner with operators to turn recurring judgment calls into practical tools
- Improve observability, cost controls, and recovery behavior for AI-assisted runs
Relevant experience
What you bring.
- Experience shipping AI products or systems used in production
- Comfort evaluating model behavior with real operational data
- Strong software-engineering fundamentals and an appetite for close user feedback
- Sound judgment about where automation needs a clear human decision
